Ad hoc design and tech support agreement between Jewels Branch LLC and client:

• Rate is $95/hr., billed monthly and tracked to the minute.
• New clients pay a 5 hour deposit ($475) to get started.
• Additional hours beyond the deposit are billed at the end of each month at $95/hr.
• We email weekly project updates with details of work completed/hours to date for the month.
• Invoices are due upon receipt. Please pay promptly. There will be a 1.5% interest charge per month on unpaid invoices.
• Schedule and response times vary based on our availability each week. We usually reply within two business days to discuss and schedule requests.
