Introducing Life and Health Coach Meshaelle Pate…

I’ve been there … in the midst of my own motherhood experience, I lost sight of who I was. On my journey to find myself, I got certified as both a Transformational Nutrition Coach and Life Coach. Now, using my own life experiences and my coaching skills, I help moms, who are feeling lost like I was, rediscover their passions and energy for life.

Rebrand and Website Update
It was a pleasure working with Meshaelle Pate to rebrand her coaching business and update her website. Her experience of rediscovering her own passions and turning that into a mission to help other mothers do the same, resonates deeply with my own life and the work that Jewels Branch does.
Meshaelle worked through our branding process (questions, one-on-one conversations, visual exploration, and more) to clarify her big picture brand and business goals, and hone in on her unique visual style.
Through the visual exploration part of our branding process, Meshaelle found a deep connection with softer color palettes and scripty handwritten fonts. Meshaelle’s friend drew the heart icon Meshaelle had in mind for her logo. We worked to combine the curvy, feminine feel of the heart icon with typography and a soft color palette to convey Meshaelle’s warm, open personality.
After branding and logo creation, we worked with Meshaelle to write new copy and re-designed her home page to more clearly showcase her expertise and better connect with the mothers she loves to coach.
We updated Meshaelle’s existing theme (Elegant Theme’s Divi) to match her new color palette and fonts. We created design modules for Meshaelle to reuse as she continues to work on her site. We connected her opt-in to her newsletter service and tested the opt-in process. Finally, we provided Meshaelle a brand style guide and video tutorials to help her manage her site and keep her branding consistent going forward.

The Doula Guide
Michelle Cohen is a prenatal and postnatal yoga teacher and certified professional birth doula. She’s passionate about helping women have their best birth and strongest start to motherhood. She teaches group yoga classes, offers private yoga sessions and labor support workshops, along with being a doula. As a certified professional birth doula, Michelle’s attended 30 births!
Michelle took Opt-in Brilliance and used skills from that course, plus her expertise as a doula, to create The Doula Guide opt-in freebie. The guide offers advice for expecting parents to help them learn more about what doulas do and how to hire the right doula for their birth.
